DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All our parcels are sent Express Post via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation so you can check on the progress of your delivery. 

All parcels may require signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the address during business hours at the time of delivery, a card may be left for you to collect your order at your local Australia Post Office.

Orders Under $150 - $13.99 (Express Post)

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are subject to Australia Post conditions for delivery times. Usually parcels are received within 4 - 6 Business Days (Standard Post) and 1 - 2 business days (Express Post) from dispatch to metro areas.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We charge a $20 flat rate for shipping internationally. Rates change country to country so we might lose money but in the short term we are happy to just charge $20 Flat rate for international, order as many as you want. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products in a new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be made in the same form in which original purchase was made. Change of mind returns are subject to postage charges.

Please take a moment before sending returns to carefully wrap your items and take note of any tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost/damaged in transit.
